You can run Network Detective Pro`s non-intrusive data scanners right off a memory stick as an executable file without having to install it on the client site. The resulting encrypted scan file can be saved back to the same memory stick. You can then import the scan file directly into the Network Detective Pro application (running on your laptop, or back at the office), to handle the analysis and generate the reports.
Client Service:
One-Time Set-Up For On-Going Use
Network Detective Pro includes a software appliance and individual Remote Data Collectors (RDC) that you only need to install on one machine at each client site.
The software appliance is a simple and fast Windows install so you can be up-and-running quickly. It`s like having another person on-staff scheduling remote scans,
collecting the data, generating reports, and more.
Flexible Scheduling For Every Client`s Needs
The flexibility allows you to time the scans and report generation around your predefined staffing levels.
You can even have service tickets automatically created for discovered issues as reminders of the work that needs to be done.
Pick The Reports You Want To Automatically Generate
Schedule the time and frequency of the scans, along with which reports you want to automatically generate. Create a new set of reports with each scan or generate reports that you want to regularly review. All the automatically generated reports will be saved directly to the Reporter appliance. You can also specify whether you want the reports to be emailed as an attachment, link, or uploaded into your existing Network Detective cloud storage.
Access Your Data Through The RapidFire Tools Portal
Network Detective Pro includes InDoc, a super convenient way to access the data you gathered without printing out reports. A simple check-off the box is all you need to create an InDoc site for any client. Log into the RapidFire Tools Portal to get on-demand access all risks, asset data, and more. You can even add notes, instructions, procedures, and passwords to streamline servicing the issues and risks found.
